Why steel for a storage facility?

Steel is fire resistant, termite proof, and stronger than concrete — which means lower maintenance and risk over the life of the facility. Our buildings are wind rated to 155 mph and FEMA wind-tunnel tested.

What's included in the posted package prices?

Posted prices include the building shell, taxes, delivery, and installation across the Southeast core region (TN, NC, SC, GA, AL, MS & FL) on your existing concrete pad. We build anywhere in the US and internationally — outside the Southeast, prices are quoted to your location. Custom doors, windows, trim, and interior build-out are quoted separately.

How long does installation take?

Most CLSC buildings are installed in under 10 weeks from contract, weather permitting. Larger commercial builds are scheduled case by case.
