Our posted 70 × 80 hangar is $172,800 including taxes, delivery, and installation across the Southeast core region (TN, NC, SC, GA, AL, MS & FL). Other sizes — and builds outside the region — are quoted custom.
How long does installation take?
Most CLSC buildings are installed in under 10 weeks from contract, weather permitting. Larger commercial builds are scheduled case by case.
How strong are CLSC steel buildings?
Every building uses cold-formed steel beams and 26-gauge PBR panels, wind rated up to 155 mph and tested at our FEMA-approved wind-tunnel facility. Steel is fire resistant and termite proof.
